“Life is art. Art is life. I never separate it.”

I draw my inspiration from my travels. My work consists of Landscapes, Still Life and Large Mixed Media compositions where I use collage and photomontage. I am interested in the pictorial possibilities of magazine clippings and manipulated photographs. My large pieces are minimalist in appearance, but some of my mixed media paintings have a poetic and sensual style, sometimes characterized by bright and vivid colours drawn from my cultural background.

Lately, I have been rebelling against the mass-produced art we find at major retailers. I have been buying what I called fake art, where I paint over print to create genuine piece of Artwork.
